The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing the people strategy for DataOne's various vertical across US.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and managers, while also remaining close to employees and the day-to-day realities of the business.
The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic HR leadership, worker relations expertise, operational excellence and commercial understanding.
You will help DataOne build the organisation, culture, processes and talent capability required to support its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with DataOne's US business objectives.
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team and management on organisational planning, workforce strategy and people priorities.
• Provide senior-level advice on organisational structure, worker engagement, talent and people-related risks.
• Support business growth, expansion and organisational change initiatives.
• Establish scalable HR processes and practices suitable for a growing international technology organisation.

worker Relations & HR Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on complex HR and worker relations matters.
• Lead investigations, disciplinary processes, performance management, grievances and workplace conflict resolution.
• Ensure consistent, fair and legally compliant HR practices across US DataOne.
• Coach managers on effective people management, difficult conversations and performance issues.
• Promote a positive, respectful and inclusive workplace culture.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Partner with hiring managers to develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies.
• Oversee recruitment for key positions and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for technical, operational, commercial and leadership roles.
• Develop approaches to succession planning and internal mobility.
• Support DataOne's employer brand and worker value proposition.

Performance, Talent & Development

• Lead the performance management cycle.
• Develop management capability through coaching, training and leadership development.
• Establish talent review and succession planning processes.
• Identify critical skills and future workforce requirements.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development.

You will ideally have:

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in an HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and HR compliance. Strong worker relations and investigation experience.
• Experience working with senior executives and business leaders.
• Experience managing organisational change and growth.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and processes. Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, networking, infrastructure or another fast-paced technical environment would be advantageous
