Multi-Site Property Manager

Macae Fidelity Property Management

Macae Fidelity is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple apartment communities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, leasing experience, and the ability to manage staff while maintaining high occupancy, low delinquency, and exceptional property standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of two or more apartment communities.
• Supervise onsite staff and maintenance personnel.
• Lease apartments and achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage resident relations and resolve concerns professionally.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency, notices, and renewals.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal.
• Coordinate unit turns and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Review and approve invoices, budgets, and property expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to increase occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
• Multi-site management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
