The Fiber Technician performs hands-on field work involving the installation, servicing, testing, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks. The position requires technicians to complete assigned work accurately while maintaining established standards for safety, workmanship, network performance, and customer service. Daily assignments may include new fiber installations, service calls, troubleshooting connectivity issues, fiber repairs, testing, and other activities required to support reliable network operations. This is a full-time W-2 field position .
