Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU / Float Pool

Location

Cartersville, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of a hospital float pool, rotating across multiple units including the Emergency Department
• Deliver ICU-level nursing care in accordance with scope of practice and facility protocols
• Float throughout the facility as needed based on census and staffing requirements
• Work assigned major holidays that fall within the contract period per facility holiday policy
• Complete all required orientation modules and compliance documentation within designated deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Georgia or a valid Compact nursing license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Willingness and ability to float throughout the facility including the Emergency Department
• All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes or RTO requests accepted post-offer or post-start
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements; core items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing and all compliance documents submitted by the Tuesday prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated adaptability across care settings
• Familiarity with Emergency Department workflows in addition to ICU
