Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children? We want YOU to be part of our dedicated team at Community Therapy Services , a division of The Stepping Stones Group !
You’ll provide cutting-edge therapeutic services to children in the 0-3 age group working collaboratively with a supportive team of SLPs, BCBAs, and OTs. Together, we’ll deliver comprehensive, intensive Therapy that helps children thrive!
Pay: $65-75 per hour

Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program (Masters or Doctorate preferred)
- NBCOT Certification
- A minimum of 18 months of experience with the birth to three populations preferred
- Proficiency in treating children with autism, developmental disabilities, or related disorders
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish a plus!
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments using standardized & informal tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical, educational, or medical necessity
- Collaborate with families & Team Members to support growth and goal Achievement
- Develop specialized expertise (feeding certification encouraged!)
