\n \nPosition Summary:
\nAt Golden Goose, our people are at the heart of everything we do we are looking for an HR Controlling Analyst to join our team and play a key role in connecting our people strategy with business performance. Reporting to the HR Operations Director, this position will support compensation and HR controlling activities across the Americas region including USA, Canada, and LATAM. This role has a strong focus on staff cost planning, forecasting and analytics, while partnering closely with HR and Finance to provide meaningful insights and support data driven business decisions.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n• Manage monthly HR controlling activities, including payroll and HR cost accruals, sales commission calculations, and Actual vs. Budget analysis.
\n• Prepare monthly HR reporting and dashboards covering FTE, headcount, turnover, retention, labor costs, overtime, commissions, Reflex hours, and other key HR and retail KPIs.
\n• Analyze monthly turnover and HR cost trends, providing actionable insights to Retail, Corporate, HR, Finance, and HQ partners.
\n• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and presenting complex information in a clear, actionable format.
\n• Monitor weekly FTE Actual vs. Budget, open vacancies, and workforce coverage, including Reflex hours and budget implementation.
\n• Support MBO goal setting and payout calculations, including Store Manager productivity metrics, in partnership with HR and Finance.
\n• Perform salary and compensation benchmarking, including analysis of Sales Commission programs against market practices.
\n• Maintain HR data quality and reporting across Oracle, ADP, and MicroStrategy.
\n• Identify trends and opportunities to improve HR processes, workforce planning, and labor costs.
\n• Support ad hoc HR and business projects, including process, workforce, and coverage analysis.
\n \nRequired Skills & Experience:
\n• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
\n• 5+ years of experience in HR controlling, FP&A, financial controlling, merchandise planning, or a similar role.
\n• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, and data analysis.
\n• Experience with Oracle, ADP, MicroStrategy, or similar HR and data platforms.
\n• Strong knowledge of HR controlling, payroll, compensation, and workforce analytics.
\n• Understanding of retail KPIs and store-level performance metrics.
\n• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
\n• Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly to HR, Finance, Retail, and senior leadership.
\n• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects forward with a high degree of accuracy.
\n• Experience with sales commission structures preferred.
\n \nThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $90,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
