Certified Data Abstractor

To support registry operations, the full-time Certified Data Abstractor will be responsible for remote abstracting of the STS Congenital Heart Surgery Database, ensuring adherence to quality control policies and productivity guidelines. Key responsibilities Abstracting data and managing registry operations according to established guidelines Completing timesheets and case logs in compliance with company standards Providing timely responses to inquiries and following internal and client-specific policies Required qualifications Minimum of one year of abstraction experience with the STS Congenital Heart Surgery Database Current certification and recertification as required by the registry type Proficiency in registry-related manuals and electronic medical record applications
