Technical Recruiting Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Recruiting Lead to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This leader will own and elevate technical hiring for senior Engineering, Product, and Design roles within a fast-moving, mission-driven healthcare organization. The role will shape recruiting strategy, improve hiring processes, and ensure the team attracts exceptional talent in a competitive market. You will also partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to strengthen execution, build trust, and support growth across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $153,000 – $207,000 annually Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for senior Engineering, Product, and Design roles Manage and develop a small team of recruiters and sourcers Collaborate with leadership to create effective hiring strategies Establish standards for technical hiring processes Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in recruiting Utilize AI to enhance sourcing and candidate communication Advise on competitive talent market positioning Represent the hiring brand to candidates Qualifications 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience 3+ years of experience managing or leading recruiters and sourcers Proven ability to build and run technical recruiting for high-velocity teams Experience managing performance review cycles and goal-setting Strong understanding of hiring standards for mission-driven health tech companies Data-driven approach to measuring recruitment success Ability to provide direct, honest feedback and build trust with team members Passion for recruiting in the healthcare sector, particularly for women and families Benefits Access to the full platform for mental health, reproductive health, and pediatrics Wellness partnerships for whole-self care Hybrid work model with in-office meals 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave and a new parent stipend Annual professional development stipend and personal career coaching 401K matching with immediate vesting for US-based employees Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
