This role works closely with Lead and Supporting Behavior Technicians to help create a safe, engaging, and effective learning environment focused on child development and progress. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and behavioral goals Support group instructional activities and daily classroom routines Collect and document behavioral and developmental data accurately Assist with tracking child progress and preparing reports Maintain organized materials and therapy environments Collaborate with team members regarding child progress and daily activities Participate in team meetings, trainings, and staff development activities Support newly hired Behavior Technicians through mentoring and collaboration Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and company standards Ensure a clean, safe, and engaging therapy environment Monitor and report suspected child abuse or safety concerns immediately Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and integrity in all interactions Follow all company policies, procedures, and best practices Perform additional duties as assigned The Learning Lane is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
