You're not here to review drawings and hand them back. 

You're here to take a job at its bottleneck and drive it to closeout, clearing the scope and funding delays that stall lesser operators. 

You make owners look smart for hiring us. You are their judgment on the ground. 

• Own projects end to end. Pre-RFP, sealed bid, GC selection, field supervision, ribbon-cutting.
• Move jobs. The 6-to-12-week zone from RFP to permit is where projects drown. Not yours. 
• Keep GCs honest on scope, schedule, change orders, and quality. You’ve managed enough to see a problem from a mile away. 
• Bridge the room. You speak to a board and a foreman without losing either. (That’s half the job.)
• Bring your book. If you have a rolodex of GCs, developers, and lenders, we'll pay you well to use it.

Strong pay for strong judgment. Plus the part nobody else offers. Real upside tied to what truly matters: moving jobs.

• Base: $90K-$125K, based on experience. A true floor, not a placeholder.
• Performance pay directly proportional to project velocity. The faster you move jobs from RFP into active billable work, the more you earn. 
• Completion comp: a percentage of project value, structured at LOI. Drive more, bank more.
• Origination upside: a deal off your own book will earn a bonus the day it signs. Time your relationships paid you what they're worth.
• A strong driver realistically clears $140K+, with serious room above it. We pay for output, not tenure.

Plus the table stakes: 

• Car + travel. Health + Life. 401(k) + Match. PTO + Paid Holidays. Company card + tech.

We do not make the kind of promises that sound impressive in an interview and evaporate in year two. 

The number moves when the jobs move. Played right, this is the last job ad you ever read.
