Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to work with our client. In this role, you will process transactions and enter financial data into databases. You will work in the Finance division and collaborate with staff across the agency.


Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions in financial databases
• Code all applicable requisitions and reviews computations for accuracy and determine validity of fiscal documents
• Communicate with internal or external customers to resolve errors or discrepancies and correct documents before entry into Ohio Administrative Knowledge System
• Maintain files and monitor approval workflows related to Operating Invoices & ISTV s in salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
• 6 months experience or training in accounting and/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software.
• Or 30 months experience or training in accounting and/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software.
• Or 12 months experience as Financial Associate
