What's Required to Get on the Floor High school diploma or GED required; tech school or machining certification preferred. Prior experience in sign fabrication, metalworking, or a related trade. Know your blueprints, your math, and your measuring tools. Steady hands, sharp focus, and a safety-first mindset. Able to lift materials and stay on your feet through the shift.
