We’re seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to oversee maintenance crews and ensure properties are serviced efficiently, professionally, and to our quality standards. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys organizing work, supporting their crew, and delivering consistent results for clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a landscape maintenance team
- Oversee mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, and clean-ups
- Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards
- Train and support team members
What We’re Looking For
- Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License required
