Director, Creator Partnerships

Job Overview Director, Creator Partnerships – we’re looking for an influencer marketing leader with deep experience in managing campaigns, overseeing talent relationships and driving results for our clients. What You’ll Do Oversee and manage influencer campaigns across multiple clients and verticals. Serve as the primary client contact, leading kick‑off and weekly status calls. Provide strategic and creative solutions to achieve client objectives. Identify new business opportunities and upsell potentials during campaigns. Prepare and present project reporting, analyze performance relative to objectives and recommend actions. Stay up to date on industry trends and culture. Efficiently manage deliverables, timelines and budgets across clients and the sales/new business team. Managerial Responsibilities Supervise 2–3 direct reports. Source, vet and contract influencer talent, negotiate with talent and agents, and ensure timely deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams so all KPIs are met. Who You Are 8+ years of experience managing client relationships and executing influencer campaigns. Strong organizational and execution skills with ability to handle multiple projects. Deep knowledge of all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations and objectives. Experience with paid media process and reporting. Experience managing talent at large‑scale in‑person events. Able to work cross‑functionally and lead successful campaigns. Management experience of internal teams. Excellent verbal and written communication; self‑motivated, driven, and independent. Passionate about the influencer and talent space. Comfortable with client‑facing roles. Compensation Base salary range: $110‑150k plus bonus potential, contingent on market, location, experience and other factors.
