• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy to ensure correct fabrication.
• Examine finished welds to confirm adherence to detailed quality and specification standards.
• Keep welding equipment and tools in peak condition through meticulous maintenance.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely production and uphold quality objectives.
• Maintain a pristine and secure work area without compromising on safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing educational workshops to elevate your welding aptitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent completion; additional vocational welding training preferred.
• Proven track record and a strong industrial welding portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in analyzing technical documents and blueprints.
• Impeccable attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to superior quality output.
• Strong problem-solving prowess and the capacity to collaborate or work independently.
• Additional credentials such as AWS or ASME certifications are advantageous!
