Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and review repair needs
Advise customers on maintenance, repair options, and pricing
Track service progress and keep customers updated throughout the process
Review completed work orders with customers to ensure satisfaction
Deliver a top-tier, customer-focused experience every time

Qualifications – Service Advisor:

Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate to succeed!
Previous work history as a Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or Automotive Technician / Mechanic translates well in this position
Previous Service, Sales/Retail, or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine setting are welcome to apply
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Good customer service and communication skills
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
