Job Title: Medical Device Assembler

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (85255)
Employment Type: 12-month Contract | Full-Time
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts | Overtime as needed on Fridays

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented  Medical Device Assembler to support the production and assembly of life-saving medical devices at our client's Scottsdale, AZ facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in medical device manufacturing and hands-on production work. The position operates in a controlled cleanroom-type manufacturing environment. Training will be provided, but successful candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow established manufacturing and cleanliness procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on assembly of life-saving medical devices in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
• Follow all cleanroom and manufacturing-area requirements.
• Maintain appropriate personal hygiene and gowning standards required for the production environment.
• Work collaboratively with production team members to support manufacturing goals.
• Work overtime on Fridays when required based on production needs.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to perform hands-on assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness and ability to comply with cleanroom-type manufacturing requirements.
• Ability to work Friday overtime when needed.
• Ability to comply with manufacturing dress and personal-item requirements, including:
• • No makeup, cosmetics, lip balm, perfume, cologne, scented body lotions or sprays, nail polish, artificial nails, or unauthorized topical applications on exposed skin.
  • No dangling jewelry outside the enclosed smock. Earrings extending past the earlobe must be covered by the required hair covering.
  • Bare legs must remain covered in manufacturing areas.
  • Personal grooming is not permitted in manufacturing areas.
  • Open-toed shoes are not permitted.
