Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Associate

Overview The Privacy and Data Security practice group advises Fortune 500s, start-ups, international governments, non-profits, trade associations, and private individuals on complex, global, and deeply personal matters. The role requires experience with international, federal, and state privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, other state-level comprehensive privacy laws, BIPA, CIPA, COPPA, FCRA, FERPA, FTC Act, GLBA, HIPAA, and VPPA. Experience is sought in preparing and reviewing privacy policies, data protection agreements, privacy and security provisions of contracts, privacy impact assessments, transactional privacy and security due diligence and agreement negotiations, incident response, and regulatory investigations. Experience with adtech, privacy litigation, and AI regulation is a plus. Candidates should be flexible to domestic and overseas travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr ArentFox Schiff
