Role Description Seeking a motivated Senior Systems Engineer to support the exciting Target Discovery & Tradecraft. The engineer will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, aid in structured planning, gather and synthesize use cases, translate requirements into actionable roadmaps, and facilitate new data streams to support intelligence analysis and discovery. Required Skills and Qualifications To be eligible for this position you must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Collaborate closely with technical leadership across directorates to help define and scope analytic tradecraft requirements. Assist with defining and documenting goals, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of analytic capabilities. Support leads with quarterly project reviews and other performance monitoring. Collaboratively work across organizations to help identify, prioritize, model, ingest, and operationalize new data sources. Bachelor's degree plus 9‑years of relevant experience or equivalent. Understanding of Agile and other constructs. Desired Skills and Qualifications Knowledge of customer dataflows and sources. Pay Rate In compliance with Maryland's Equal Pay for Equal Work law, the annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. This range represents the base pay for this role and is provided in accordance with Maryland's requirements to disclose compensation in job postings. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, candidates hired into this position may be eligible for a hiring bonus of $10,000.00, subject to applicable contingencies and Navstar policy.
