Licensed Occupational Therapist

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our patient-focused team serving skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this on-site role, you will evaluate residents, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that improve function, safety, and quality of life for geriatric and sub-acute populations. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, you’ll partner with PT, SLP, nursing, and medical staff while benefiting from strong clinical support, ongoing education, and opportunities for professional and leadership growth.
