We invest in our doctors and staff so that they can continually provide exceptional care for their patients.ResponsibilitiesChairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols.Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments.Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.QualificationsMust have current CPR CertificationMust have Coronal Polishing CertificationX-ray certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling.Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards.A compassionate approach to patient care and comfort.In return for providing an excellent employee and patient experience, we offer a great benefits package to include health and dental benefits, 401(k), holiday pay and paid time off.
