Goodwin Recruiting is looking for professionals interested in becoming Search Consultants and building a recruiting practice within an industry they know.

You’ll develop relationships with employers, understand their hiring challenges, identify and evaluate talent, manage searches, and grow your own book of business.

You don’t necessarily need recruiting experience. We’re looking for professionals with:

• Meaningful industry knowledge and credibility
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• A willingness to prospect and develop business
• Resilience and self-motivation
• An entrepreneurial approach to their career

Goodwin provides training, systems, technology, tools, resources, and ongoing support while you build your market.

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation and requires full-time commitment.
