Food and Nutrition Manager (CDM)

You will supervise the preparation and service of planned menus, nourishments, and supplements, provide nutrition education to residents, patients, and their families, and provide oversight and management of the center's Dietary Aides and Cooks. Qualifications Certification as one of the following is required: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietician.
