To maintain transportation schedule and sign‑ups of school vans for all of WCS To maintain athletic slideshow with weekly schedules, news and information Assist AD in regular updates to WCS Athletics social media platforms including daily sports schedule To participate with AD in coaching interviews and coach selection decisions Attend preseason Athletic Parent Meetings To assist AD in routine tasks such as preparing athletic facilities for competitions To work closely with the AD in maintaining and developing a successful athletic department To contribute to discussions regarding athletics policies and procedures To be available for game site administrator duties during the fall and winter sports seasons at 2X per week To be available to help cover admin responsibilities at MIAA tournament games Position Type: After school/Evening Salary: $7,500 to $8,800 Stipend Job Categories: Athletics & Activities > Athletic/Activities Director Job Requirements Qualifications: Excellence in organization and teamwork skills and abilities Digital skills to effectively use Google documents, spreadsheets and social media platforms Previous athletic experience as a player and/or coach is preferred Administrative ability to responsibly host and provide site administration services for competitions At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
