Job Overview A law firm seeks a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate in Providence, RI. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of experience in wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions, focusing on development and financing. Duties Collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit. Manage real estate transactions related to renewable energy projects. Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively. Handle multiple projects under pressure with exceptional judgment. Requirements Five to seven years of relevant experience preferred. Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to community involvement. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar license in the relevant state. Skills Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
