We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our drive-thru operation. In this role, you will help create a positive guest experience by delivering prompt service, accurate order handling, and a welcoming attitude. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with others, and takes pride in providing great service.
What You Will Do- Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, efficient service at the drive-thru window.
- Accurately take, confirm, and process customer orders.
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system with care and accuracy.
- Prepare and package orders according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with restocking supplies and supporting other front-of-house tasks as needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and drive-thru operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- A supportive team environment.
