More About Our Team The Geriatric Department at Person Memorial Hospital offers RNs a supportive, patient-focused environment where teamwork and high-quality care are at the center of everything they do. Nurses care for a diverse patient population, build strong clinical skills, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in a department that values professional growth, compassion, and meaningful patient connections. How you'll contribute As a vital member of our Geriatric Team, you will: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs. Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide plan-of-care interventions. Support and enhance patient outcomes across various intensive care units. Be a proactive leader and innovator in patient care delivery. Work with advanced technologies and resources that empower exceptional care. What we’re looking for To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements: Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license) Minimum Two (2) years of RN experience required.
