Senior Digital Analytics and Insights Lead

Job Title: Senior Digital Analytics and Insights Lead
Location: NJ - Hybrid - 3 days
Experience: 8 12 years
Duration: 6 months

Are you passionate about turning digital data into actionable insights? Join us as a Senior Digital Analytics and Insights Lead to shape analytics strategy, optimize customer journeys, and influence executive decision making.

What You'll Do
Lead the digital analytics roadmap and cross functional initiatives.
Oversee analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager).
Deliver actionable insights on campaigns, journeys, and product usage.

Build executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Drive A/B testing, personalization, and conversion optimization.
Mentor analysts and champion data driven culture.

What We're Looking For
8 12 years in digital analytics, insights, and optimization.
Expertise in GA, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, BigQuery.
Strong knowledge of attribution modeling and CRO.
Excellent communication skills for C suite presentations.
Proven leadership in analytics teams.

Preferred: Experience in AI/ML analytics, predictive modeling, and exposure to eCommerce/BFSI/Tech domains.
