Our Approach.****JOB FUNCTIONS:*** Produce mechanical installation drawings for various equipment and customers.* Research / review customer specifications to ensure compliance.* Research / review available as-built drawings.* Research / review available architectural drawings.* Collaborate with other team members to maintain a cohesive system design.* Prepare prints when required.* Make drawing corrections / revisions as needed to meet the project requirements.* Report drawing status to the Project Engineer as required maintaining the project schedule. Prepare drawings for submittal to the customer.* Improve professional and technical knowledge by attending training as required by MHS management.* Prepare as-built drawing as needed to meet the project requirements.* Prepare general arrangement drawing as needed to meet the project requirements.* Contribute by accomplishing various miscellaneous tasks as required.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Associates Degree or higher in Computer Drafting and Design or similar technical program. Equivalent work experience will also be considered as a substitute for education.* Zero to 3 years’ experience in mechanical conveyor / installation design.* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.* Reports to work on-time and in compliance with company attendance policy.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of this position.
