Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Danvers, MA. This position involves supporting surgical procedures at a Medicare-approved outpatient surgical center with occasional float to another facility as needed. The role requires technical proficiency in ortho and cataracts surgery, including the ability to scrub DaVinci Robotics cases.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: MA license, BLS from the American Heart Association, and strong EPIC experience are required. Experience in ortho and cataracts surgery is essential.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Must be able to support surgeries at multiple locations, including the Danvers Surgical Center and occasionally at the Beverly Hospital.
• Responsibilities include assisting during surgeries, maintaining sterile techniques, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• The candidate must be able to scrub for orthopedic and cataract procedures, including DaVinci Robotics cases, and adapt to different surgical environments as needed.
• Valid MA license and current BLS certification are required before start.
• Personal flu vaccination is mandatory prior to employment; religious and personal exemptions are not accepted.
• Previous travel experience is preferred.
