Confidential Employer. Job Description Advise clients on New Jersey land use, zoning, and real estate matters. Handle legal issues involving riparian rights, tidelands claims, waterfront development, and related regulatory matters. Prepare, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and transactional documents. Represent clients before municipal planning boards, zoning boards, and state agencies. Conduct legal research and draft opinions, applications, contracts, and other legal documents. Assist clients with permitting, regulatory compliance, and land development matters. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas on complex real estate projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives. Qualifications Active New Jersey Bar license required. 2+ years of land use and real estate law experience. Direct knowledge of New Jersey riparian rights, tidelands, or waterfront property matters required. Experience with zoning, planning board, and development matters. Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client relationship abilities. Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with a team.
