Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MedSurg/Tele Inpatient Surgical Unit 4D

Shift : Nights or D/N / 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length : 13 Weeks


Requirements:

• NH License
• 2 Years Experience
• Must have surgical experience
• Must have experience caring for patients after vascular, thoracic, colorectal and general surgery
• Chest tubes, Tubes, Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone, Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients, Trachs/Laryngectomies, Complex wounds, Central Lines - care and maintenance and blood draws
• Telemetry experience
• BLS

Other Details:

• 32 bed SURGICAL UNIT
• The most common diagnosis's on their unit: ARDS, esophagectomies, whipples, sepsis
• RN Patient ratios on days is 4:1 and on nights is 5:1
• Would they expect the traveler to float: yes
