Role Description The Private Banker is a full-time, on-site role based in the Killeen-Temple Area, providing personalized banking services to high-net-worth and affluent clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial needs, recommending tailored banking, lending, and managing ongoing relationship strategies to support long-term financial goals. The role involves developing financial plans, overseeing a portfolio of clients and coordinating with internal partners to deliver comprehensive services. The Private Banker will also support new business development through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Asset Allocation to design and implement effective client strategies. Candidates should possess skills in Private Banking to manage client portfolios and provide specialized advisory services. Strong relationship management, communication, and client service skills to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships. Proven experience in banking, wealth management, or financial advisory roles; familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management practices. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CFP, CFA, or similar) are beneficial.
