Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and psychological needs through interviews and direct observation, facilitating a clear understanding of their challenges and strengths. \n
- Implement evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to address mental health issues including anxiety, depression, end-of-life concerns, addiction, and difficulties coping with chronic or acute pain. \n
- Provide expert consultation to healthcare professionals, reinforcing a compassionate and comprehensive treatment approach that integrates mental health perspectives with physical treatment plans. \n
- Maintain meticulous and accurate medical documentation in adherence to local and state regulations, ensuring compliance and quality of care. \n
Your primary focus will be on adults dealing with the multifaceted implications of chronic pain, mental health disorders, and complex life issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and active California LCSW license. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare or counseling environment. \n
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold patient confidentiality at all times. \n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compassionate manner. \n

- Experience specifically in chronic pain management or behavioral medicine is highly desirable. \n
