• Hours: 7 am - 3 pm

• Call hours: 3 pm - 7 am
\n
• Late Room Hours: 7 am - 5 pm (Monday- Friday, NOT Wed: 10 hours)

• Types of cases required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
\n
• License Requirements: COI - IN PCF required
\n
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
\n
