We’re looking for a skilled and patient-focused full-time Ultrasound Technologist to join our Radiology & Imaging Department. This role plays a key part in providing high-quality imaging services and ensuring each patient receives exceptional care in a safe and comfortable environment. What You’ll Do: Prepare for and perform all assigned ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols. Utilize knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately position and prepare patients for imaging procedures. Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of ultrasound equipment, following all infection control guidelines. Complete all required documentation and paperwork for each examination performed. Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and report any equipment malfunction or damage to the Radiology Manager. Provide courteous, safe, and efficient patient care, including transport, transfer, and positioning assistance. Follow all radiation safety, quality assurance, and infection control procedures. Requirements Ideal Candidate: Successful completion of an accredited program and have ARDMS registration. Must have RDMS credentials in AB, BR, OB/GYN, RVT and VT. One year of prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Current CPR certification within three months of hire and remain current thereafter. Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, and factors of ultrasonic exposure sufficient to operate hospital equipment. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, show attention to detail, use judgment to make decisions, maintain confidentiality, and think logically to solve problems. Summary Why Join Us?
