We strive to provide the services and environment necessary to bring both personal and professional development to each of our team members. The culture of Perspire has been designed to make people feel seen and heard and that starts with our team members. What we do:
- Convert leads into first visits
- Personalize the guest's sauna experience
- Welcome each guest by name and with enthusiasm
- Ensure they know how to properly use all sauna/tv features
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas
- Communicate the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
- Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Contribute daily to studio metrics
- Closing shift, 2:30 pm to 9pm
- 6-8 hours per shift
- Either: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday/Friday/Saturday shifts
