Restaurant Full Service Casual General Manager

Manages the operations and staff including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Ensures achievement of restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices. Provides leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew.

How You'll Contribute

• Lead and develop a team of managers and team members to provide exceptional service and maintain an "EXCELLENCE" environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, quality expectations, and able to answer any questions.
• Anticipate guest needs, effectively interact, and constantly coach the team while knowing how the team is executing with service and quality.
• Work in the dining room to monitor guests' food and service experience, actively coaching the team when needed.
• Maintain a great restaurant environment with positive energy.
• Ensure current food safety certification is up to date per State Health Department Regulation.
• Foster a food safety culture that is in compliance with State Health Department Regulations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership position in the restaurant industry for at least 2 years.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members. xhyhwjd
• Able to work around 45–50 hours per week.
