About the Company AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business‑minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. The compensation package is highly competitive with unlimited earning potential through a 100% incentive‑based structure, including new‑business and renewal commissions plus bonus programs. Agency Launch Bonus The agency launch bonus is paid once a candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency: $20,000. Marketing Reimbursement Paid to Agency Owner: $20,000 (divided into $5,000 a quarter). First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis. Starts in year 3 (month 25). Full ownership (equity) of your book of business. Strong Support Throughout the Process The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. We provide assistance on launching and developing a sustainable and profitable agency year over year. Core onboarding includes a detailed deployment plan for compliance with AAA protocols, a mix of in‑person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Continued support includes resources to secure licensed staff, manage financials, modify a business plan, and access a network of experienced EAs and experts. Agency Owner Overview This opportunity is for self‑motivated, results‑driven business people with industry‑relevant experience and capital to deliver the service AAA and our members expect. You will own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a well‑defined loyal client base. Agency Owner Requirements Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licensing; preferred not required, but you must be willing to obtain them at the candidate’s expense. Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance). Learning & Development: 4‑week 100% virtual training/live instructor class. AAA branded office – must be an approved office space. 75K proof of investable capital – proof of funds available for investment into your own business, seasoned for 60 days. Must pass background check – criminal history and credit/financial check. 2 licensed staff. Products AAA Membership – programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles, providing roadside assistance and savings opportunities. Property and casualty insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines.
