Position Overview

Carry On Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide clinical oversight and ABA services to clients throughout Tennessee . This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful, individualized care and enjoys collaborating with families, RBTs, and a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions

• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaboration

• Ensure services meet BACB ethical guidelines and company policies

• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $65 – $80 per hour

• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time available

• Shifts: Flexible based on availability

• Location: Remote – serving clients throughout Tennessee

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• Active Tennessee licensure (LBA/LBS) required

• Tennessee Medicaid ID required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical judgment skills

• Passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways
