Job Overview Field Sales and Marketing Representative – Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI). In this role you will drive market share growth and maintain TTI’s premier product lines within The Home Depot. You’ll execute retail strategy, engage customers, and manage merchandising and inventory to maximize sell‑through. Duties and Responsibilities Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class Business to Consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot. Engage directly with customers to understand needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions. Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to increase consumer engagement. Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to raise brand awareness. Maintain brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives and resets. Leverage data analytics through Microsoft Power BI to make informed decisions and maximize impact. Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics. Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently within your assigned market. Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate reporting of tasks and responsibilities. Assist in merchandising resets to support product launch and innovation efforts while adhering to safety protocols. Job Requirements Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening. Have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one continuous full year in one state. Own a personal vehicle with valid insurance listing you as the primary driver. Travel to assigned store locations and occasional travel for meetings, projects, and events; air travel is required. Be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. and use hands for assembling tools and building displays. Work nights and weekends as required; stand for the duration of the shift. Be self‑motivated, a team player, and possess strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. Be proficient in MS Office. Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets. Formal higher education preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $24.04 – $25.96 (+ overtime eligible for non‑exempt position). Target annual salary: $50,000 – $54,000. Vehicle allowance: $400/month ($4,800/year pre‑tax). Company iPhone and iPad provided. Medical, vision, and dental benefits.
