This opportunity is available across multiple U.S. offices and offers the chance to work alongside leading litigators defending global companies in complex, high-exposure matters. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in all aspects of case development, including participation in high-stakes trial teams and handling sophisticated class action and mass tort litigation matters.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing (or ability to become admitted promptly)4–7 years substantive experience in complex litigation, including class actions and mass tort mattersFederal circuit court clerkship and/or Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) experience preferredExperience supporting trial teams in state and federal jury trialsExperience taking and defending fact and expert witness depositionsStrong background incomplex litigation within a large law firm environmentSuperior analytical, research, and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional written and oral advocacy skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to take ownership of assignments and assume significant responsibilityClient-service mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approachKey ResponsibilitiesDefend complex class action and mass tort matters in state and federal courtsManage and support all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparationConduct and oversee fact and expert discoveryTake and defend depositionsDraft and support class certification briefing and related litigation strategyParticipate in trial preparation, trial support, and high-stakes trial teamsAssist with appellate briefing and appellate strategyCollaborate closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case managementInterface directly with clients and contribute to strategic decision-makingWhy Join Us?This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal issues for sophisticated clients across a wide range of industries.
