Order all products needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery. Communicate job progress daily. Manage job to hit profit objectives. Accounting entries of invoices into QuickBooks. Be available to attend training seminars at owner’s discretion. Attend at least one form of training per year. Continue to educate self on new flooring. Attend weekly meeting with Franchise Owner at scheduled time. Update production dashboard daily with status of job and upcoming schedule. Work weekly and monthly to hit sales installation goals. Make decisions and act in accordance with Floor Covering International’s core values and mission. Qualifications Leadership skill to manage installers and handle conflict appropriately. Demonstration of strong organizational skills mandatory. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to maintain organization while working on multiple sites.
