Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) – Focus Areas in Gender & HIV Care

Location: Santa Rosa California area

We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to build a meaningful practice with a strong emphasis on primary care, gender-affirming care, and HIV care, all while serving diverse, multicultural populations in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care, including gender-affirming and HIV care, to patients across all ages.
• Focus on patient-centered care in a high-volume, integrated setting.
• Participate in professional development and mentoring programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive, collegial culture.

Qualifications:

• Valid California medical license (MD/DO) and DEA certification
• Strong commitment to patient care and communication skills
• Experience in HIV/AIDS care or gender-affirming care is preferred, but not required
• Ability to see at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift

Compensation:
From $175,000/year + bonuses and benefits.
