Sr. Data Engineer
Hybrid 4 days a week (Dallas, TX or Miami, FL)

- If they have anything to do with HR background (workday data) would be a plus, any knowledge on sales and marketing domain as a whole (ingestions or data modeling for using 3 rd party data huge plus) sales and marketing as well, in terms of how to structure 3 rd party data from multiple sources, and general understanding of how to setup sales and reporting on sales. His team works with those domains.
- Within AWS must haves are glue, catalog, data lake architecture, gold/silver bronze, lambda, setting up security within lake formations is ideally what they are looking for from an engineering perspective.
- Tableau dashboards but they don't own them, but data they build supports those dashboards.
- DBT not as important for the engineer role, but core for analyst
- Day to day would be data ingestion, CICD, API's, using silver to transform the data, standard cleansing of the data and modeling of the data, where there will be handshake between engineer and the analyst,
