Senior Manager, Global Diagnostics Lead- Oncology Precision Medicine Diagnostics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to lead global diagnostic strategies supporting oncology precision medicine drug development. This developmental leadership role involves managing diagnostic programs from biomarker hypothesis through clinical validation and companion diagnostic development, with oversight from senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end diagnostic strategies aligned with clinical development and regulatory plans
- Independently lead defined diagnostic programs and workstreams with senior oversight
- Translate biomarker objectives into actionable development plans with timelines and deliverables
- Serve as primary diagnostic contact for program teams and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Oversee assay development, validation, and selection of diagnostic partners and technologies
Requirements
- Established experience in oncology biomarkers, clinical assay development, or companion diagnostics
- Demonstrated diagnostic leadership capabilities with program management experience
- Knowledge of in vitro diagnostics, clinical laboratory testing, and regulatory pathways
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience with analytical and clinical assay validation methodologies
- Understanding of clinical development plans and pharmaceutical registration timelines
