New York, NY (Hybrid) Storytime About Storytime Storytime is a creator marketing platform that connects restaurants and local businesses with influencers to run authentic, high-impact campaigns. *The Role* We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team for the summer. You’ll play a hands-on role in onboarding new restaurant and business clients onto the Storytime platform, helping them get set up, see early value, and build confidence in the product. Start Date: [Summer 2025] Duration: [10-12 weeks] Compensation: Paid Hybrid (New York, NY) *What You’ll Work On* Guiding new restaurant and business clients through the onboarding process end-to-end Conducting onboarding calls and check-ins to ensure clients are set up for success Maintaining accurate records of client status and progress in our CRM Identifying and flagging common onboarding friction points to improve the process Collaborating with the product and operations team to resolve client issues quickly Helping build and refine onboarding materials, guides, and templates *What We’re Looking For* Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable on the phone and in writing Highly organized with strong attention to detail A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in helping clients succeed Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly *Nice to Have* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Interest in creator economy, restaurant industry, or local marketing *What We Offer* Competitive paid compensation Mentorship from the Storytime team Hybrid flexibility in New York, NY #J-18808-Ljbffr Storytime
