Management and Program Analyst

DutiesYou will provide guidance and direction to range Program Managers to assure effective management of national and international programs supported by Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF).You will provide recommendations to the Range Operations Department Head regarding the development and capabilities of the range to meet current and future needs of customers.You will partner with other Range Divisions Heads, including Systems Data Processing and Display, Threat Simulation, Range Safety, Communications, Air Operations, Supply and Public Works to support Test and Evaluation requirements.You will review program cost estimates and expenditures derived by Program Managers to assure compatibility with overall PMRF budget and charging policies.You will routinely represent PMRF at top echelon conferences of US and Allied nation sponsors, contractors, and other U.S. and foreign government agencies.
