Treasury Services Manager

Description

The Treasury Services Manager supervises and regulates cash management activities in the department.

• Supervises product development and related activities to ensure current and efficient products are available to customers
• Oversees product profitability for the Cash Management Department
• Plans, develops and monitors cash management product lines on a regular basis; studies product enhancement, continuation or deletion options to enhance profitability for the financial institution
• Supervises department staff, recommending training, conducting evaluations and assisting in overall staff growth and development, as appropriate
• Regulates product setup and operations
• Conducts research to determine use of or need for new and existing products in the financial institution's market area
• Assist in development of department goals and budgets, and in writing short and long term product plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• 10 years previous relevant experience
• Must be able to work onsite

Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
• Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as required
• Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
• Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
