IP Litigation Associate (3-5 yrs.) - Dallas or Houston

We are partnering with our client, a leading global law firm, to identify a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property practice, with a focus on patent litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as a patent litigator, with a strong background representing both patent owners and accused infringers in high-stakes disputes. Experience appearing before U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and/or the USPTO in PTAB proceedings is highly valued. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, cutting-edge intellectual property matters within a sophisticated and collaborative litigation team.
